With over 20 years in digital transformation and technology, Julianne has witnessed firsthand the profound power of change and resilience. Her journey into Root for Wings, however, began not in the world of tech but through a transformative personal experience. In 2016, a deep burnout shook her to her core, igniting her search for intuitive healing and spiritual growth. This awakening led her to shift her focus from digital transformation to the transformation of the human spirit, setting the foundation for Root for Wings. Prior to this, in 2012, she sold her tech startup in idea and innovation management, unknowingly planting the seeds for what would become her true calling—guiding others through their own personal evolution.
As the founder and visionary behind Root for Wings, Julianne blends her entrepreneurial leadership with holistic methodologies to support individuals in their journey to empowerment, creative self-expression, and holistic well-being. With her unique HeartFlow Alignment™ method, Julianne empowers people to reconnect with their inner wisdom and align their lives with their heart’s deepest desires.
